Attendance Manager. Introduction.

Attendance Manager has been chosen by over 70 UK colleges to provide attendance capture and reporting to help in addressing issues such as non attendance, truancy, or student strangers.

The software gives colleges complete flexibility to choose data capture methods. Paper registers, direct data entry and remote web entry are all supported.

Hand-writing on registers is captured using the same technology post offices and banks use for reading addresses and cheques.

Reporting is equally flexible thanks to the Report Module which offers 35 core report formats.

Attendance Manager enables colleges to comply with all UK Government standards. It gives users the ability to track and report on EMA attendance and to upload attendance data to the Government Connexions Server.

Infonic maintains partnerships with the Department of Education & Skills (DfES), Capita and the other MIS systems providers to ensure Attendance Manager remains tightly integrated with college systems and meets changing attendance demands.
