Infonic Attendance Manager 2009

The latest version of Infonic Attendance Manager has support for Microsoft’s Windows Active Directory and is up-to-date with compliance in the EMA market. We will continue updating the EMA module to meet the latest EMA requirements. All customers who have an active support and maintenance plan may download the software from the InfonicAM2009 directory in Attendance Manager Updates.

Lifetime Support

All customers receive online and telephone support from Infonic. Upon receiving a call we will issue you with a unique call ID number and will keep you regularly updated with our progress delivering a resolution. All calls received will be acknowledged by email within 8 working hours.

Lifetime Software Assurance

You will receive ALL new versions of the Infonic software you have purchased, when released. Infonic maintains a clear development roadmap for its systems. This ensures your investment in Infonic systems remains current year after year.

Our Support Desk will also co-ordinate any scanner hardware issues that are under cover with Infonic providing on site maintenance within the contract agreement period.

Infonic systems are designed to be flexible allowing you to select only the functionality and modules you require. At any time you have the flexibility to upgrade. We continually listen and respond to new Government initiatives and changing college processes and requirements, incorporating new enhancements and features that respond to your changing requirements.
